Burger night! This week’s special had home ground chuck and sirloin blend smash patties, Havarti and Smoked Gouda, shredded lettuce, my mustard pickles, oven roasted miso butter oyster mushrooms, and my maple mustard aioli, on a buttered and griddled homemade brioche style sesame bun.

in the last weeks i have seen so many real smash burgers here that i must ask you what are these maillarded thin patties? patties should be thick in order to be called smash burgers
